Low voltage, IT infrastructure, audio/visual systems, and smart home automation — installed cleanly and built to last by a team you can trust.
What We Do
From a single room to a full estate or commercial build-out, we handle the technology so you don't have to.
Structured cabling, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, network switches, server rooms, and full IT infrastructure design and deployment.
Custom AV system design and installation for home theaters, conference rooms, multi-room audio, and outdoor entertainment spaces.
Seamless automation for lighting, climate, security, shades, and more — all tied together in one intuitive system.
IP camera systems, access control, video doorbells, alarm integration, and remote monitoring designed for peace of mind.
Clean, code-compliant low voltage infrastructure for new construction, renovations, and retrofits — the backbone of every smart system.
Offices, retail, multi-family units, and hospitality — scalable technology solutions built around your business needs.
Not every job is a new install — and that's fine. We handle the full lifecycle of your tech systems, from a single service call to a complete system overhaul.

The Person Behind the Work
West Coast Systems is owned and operated by Weston Guidero, a SoCal native raised in Orange County by an architect father who brought him to job sites and home tours before he could drive. Growing up around floor plans, framing crews, and finished spaces gave Weston an instinct for how buildings are put together — and a respect for doing things right the first time.
That foundation took a turn toward sound and technology at Berklee College of Music, where Weston studied audio production, acoustics, electric guitar, composing and much more. He deepened his understanding of audioand and developed a working knowledge of acoustics — the science behind why a room sounds the way it does. That translated directly into real-world live event work: providing AV and technical production support for CEOs, keynote speakers, and major corporate events across LA and Orange County — serving clients in film/TV, sports, finance, technology, and materials at the top tier of their industries.
From there came software development and IT/networking, and the pieces locked together: structured cabling, smart home automation, commercial AV, and network infrastructure all run on the same core discipline — thoughtful design, executed with care. West Coast Systems is his own spin on his dad's legacy, just with Cat6 instead of blueprints.
Weston is on every job — not managing from an office.

FAQ
We're based in the South Bay and serve all of Los Angeles, Orange County and greater Southern California — including Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Long Beach, Santa Monica, and surrounding areas. We'll travel for larger commercial projects throughout So Cal.
Yes — we handle both. On the residential side that includes everything from single-room AV upgrades to full smart home installs on new builds. Commercially we work with offices, retail spaces, multi-family units, and hospitality venues.
Absolutely. We coordinate directly with GCs, architects, and electricians. Getting us involved early in a build is ideal — pre-wire and rough-in during framing saves time and keeps walls clean. We're used to working within construction timelines.
We work with a range of platforms depending on your needs and budget — including Lutron, Control4, Josh.ai, Savant, and more accessible options like Brilliant and SmartThings. We'll recommend what makes sense for your home, not just what's most expensive.
Yes. We're a local company, not a national chain — so we're accessible after the job is done. We offer support calls, remote troubleshooting, and service visits. If something isn't working right, we'll make it right.
Just give us a call or send a message. We'll set up a free on-site consultation, take a look at the space, and put together a clear written quote. No pressure, no vague estimates.
